At Elemental Wellbeing, we understand the unique challenges that come with parenting. Founded by Olly, a dedicated parent and former police officer, our mission is to support stressed and anxious parents in finding balance and joy in their family lives. Olly's background in law enforcement exposed him to numerous traumatic events, providing a deep understanding of stress and its impact on mental and physical health.
This experience, coupled with a personal journey of overcoming an autoimmune skin problem that baffled doctors earlier this year, led him to discover the transformative power of cold water therapy, focused breathwork, and meditation.

 

Drawing on these holistic practices, Elemental Wellbeing offers tailored solutions to help parents navigate the complexities of raising children. Our approach combines ancient wisdom with modern techniques, creating a sanctuary for parents to recharge, refocus, and reconnect with themselves and their loved ones.
